Key Responsibilities
- Expand global IP industry partnerships, including:
- IP adaptation & commercial development in comics, animation, film & TV, gaming, merchandising, and other sectors
- Leading end-to-end IP business development
- Managing and maintaining long-term collaborative relationships with partners
- Lead IP adaptation project planning and strategic formulation based on premium original content IPs:
- Oversee full-cycle project execution and implementation
- Drive IP influence enhancement and commercial revenue growth
- Develop core IP operation strategies:
- Align with brand marketing requirements
- Jointly launch integrated IP marketing campaigns to amplify IP value and market exposure
- Monitor global IP licensing market dynamics and IP adaptation industry trends:
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis
- Provide actionable strategic decision support for internal teams
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in content/entertainment IP business, branding, or marketing
- Background in novels, comics, animation, film & TV, or media company strongly preferred
- Proven track record in managing IP adaptation projects, with a solid understanding of:
- Global IP adaptation processes
- Commercial development workflows
- Exceptional cross-cultural communication and business negotiation skills
- Strong organizational capabilities to manage multiple IP content projects and cross-team collaborations efficiently
