CCM is a first-of-a-kind, proprietary, life-changing treatment alternative for a vast population of heart failure patients across the globe. With global headquarters in Marlton, N.J., the company has additional offices in Frankfurt, Germany; Pearl River, N.Y.; and Willemstad, Curacao.
There are 64 million patients struggling with Heart Failure worldwide. When these Heart Failure patients continue to decline despite being on optimum pharmaceutical therapy, they lose hope. The only options down the road are extremely invasive. CCM therapy is an FDA Breakthrough designated solution that is minimally invasive and gives hope back to these patients.

The Field Technical Trainer is responsible for supporting sales, marketing, and internal/external customers with specialized technical training on procedural applications of Impulse Dynamics products. S/he will be responsible for providing technical training within a surgical and/or clinical environment. In addition, the FTT will mentor and coordinate the Sales team on certification progress.
How You’ll Add Value
  • Cover cases (commercial amp; clinical)
  • Mentor the sales team on their progress towards certification.
  • Triage training opportunities and needs:
    • Training opportunities for reps seeking certification
    • Case support needs when non-certified representatives schedule patient follow-ups amp; implants and need coverage
  • Manage training center relationships and logistics.
  • Create synergies between the commercial and clinical studies teams.
  • Support after-hour patient hotline and technical service calls
  • Serve as faculty to represent Level 2 Technical Training.
What You’re Bringing with You
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • A degree in Life Sciences or certification from a specialized program is preferred.
  • 5+ years’ experience in clinical work supporting the area of cardiology within the medical device industry.
  • Experience with customer-facing relationships including extensive experience with both physicians and patients.
  • Experience with operating room procedures, clinic, and surgical center protocols.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Travel is required - 80%

Annual Base Salary Range: $ 90,000 - $ 120,000
