What You’ll Do

As an Account Executive at CURA Freight, you will be responsible for building and growing your own book of business while managing customer relationships from prospecting through execution.

You will operate in a fast-paced, high-energy environment where communication, urgency, and service are critical to success.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities through high-volume outbound outreach
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with shippers and customers
  • Grow and manage a sales pipeline using CRM tools and daily activity tracking
  • Negotiate pricing with customers and carriers to maximize profitability
  • Coordinate freight movements and ensure successful execution from pickup through delivery
  • Communicate proactively with customers, carriers, and internal teams to provide shipment visibility and solutions
  • Resolve issues quickly while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and leadership teams to support customer growth
  • Continuously identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and drive revenue growth

What We’re Looking ForPreferred Experience
  • Previous freight brokerage, logistics sales, or high-volume phone sales experience preferred
  • Proven ability to build relationships and develop new business
  • Experience working in a metrics-driven sales environment is a plus
