What You'll Do

As a CNA in our Assisted Living community, you will be a vital part of our residents' daily lives. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing Direct Resident Care: Assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, ambulation, and transferring.

  • Medication Reminders: Assisting residents with self-administration of medications as permitted by state regulations and facility policy.

  • Documentation: Accurately documenting care provided, changes in resident condition, and other pertinent observations in the resident's record.

  • Reporting: Promptly reporting any changes in a resident's physical, mental, or emotional status to the charge nurse or supervisor.

  • Engagement: Encouraging resident participation in activities and social events to promote engagement and well-being.

  • Safety: Ensuring a clean, safe, and organized living environment for residents.

  • Teamwork: Collaborating with nurses, other CNAs, and staff to deliver holistic and compassionate care.
