What Youโ€™ll Do

As an Account Executive, you will build and grow your own book of business through outbound sales, relationship development, and consistent pipeline execution.

This is a high-activity, high-reward sales role where your success is driven by your effort, consistency, and ability to build trust with customers.


Responsibilities
  • Prospect and close new business through high-volume outbound sales activity
  • Build and manage long-term relationships with shippers and customers
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools
  • Quote, negotiate, and close freight opportunities with customers and carriers
  • Coordinate shipments from pickup through delivery to ensure smooth execution
  • Communicate proactively with customers and carriers to provide visibility and solutions
  • Solve problems quickly and professionally when issues arise
  • Work closely with operations and leadership to support customer growth
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and increase revenue
