Job Purpose:
This position is responsible for scheduling appointments for members, Associate Financial Professional, Financial Service Representatives, and/or Lead Financial Professional, marketing the Wealth Management Solutions program to Credit Union employees and members, as well as performing administrative functions in support of the Wealth Management Solutions program.
Job Responsibilities:
List of general activities, duties and/or tasks typically performed within the job.
  • Support the marketing efforts of the program
    • Assemble seminar packets
    • Coordinate logistics of seminars
    • Maintain lobby marketing materials supply
    • Coordinate mailings
    • Execute basic marketing activities at the member level
      • birthday cards
      • newsletters
  • Administrative support to Advisor(s)
    • Coordinate the advisor(s) schedule
    • Maintain advisor(s) calendar
    • Set up and confirm appointments with members
    • Manage phone calls for advisor(s)
    • Order supplies
    • Create and manage contact information
  • Support success of program
    • Coordinate and track referrals
    • Conduct training with CU employees on program processes
    • Program reporting
  • Support TWMS Compliance initiatives
    • Maintain confidential member information by adhering to TWMS's policies and procedures for data security and privacy

Job Requirements:
List of general education, background and experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities typically required to effectively perform the responsibilities of the job. Also include any required licenses and/or designations.

  • Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing.
  • Comfortable working both face-to-face and over the phone with people.

  • Previous experience with Salesforce and proficient with Microsoft Office tools.

Base Salary Range:
$37,400.00 - $62,300.00
