Job Summary

Turn every premium experience into a match-day moment guests will remember. As General Manager of Premium, you will lead premium hospitality operations at Rhode Island FC and will oversee service execution, team performance, financial results, and the overall guest experience. You will partner with culinary, operations, and venue leadership to deliver consistent service standards, manage event readiness, support revenue and cost goals, and build an inclusive operation focused on Levy hospitality.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business administration, food and beverage management, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of hospitality, food and beverage, premium service, or venue operations experience.
  • 3+ years of management experience in a high-volume hospitality or event environment.
  • Experience managing budgets, labor, inventory, and operating expenses.
  • Experience with point-of-sale systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Applicable food safety certification required based on venue and local requirements.
  • Applicable alcohol-service certification required based on venue and local requirements.
Key Responsibilities
  • Leads premium hospitality operations for suites, clubs, and other assigned premium areas.
  • Oversees event preparation, service execution, and post-event closeout.
  • Manages premium leadership and hourly teams in accordance with Levy standards.
  • Partners with culinary teams to maintain food quality, presentation, and service standards.
  • Builds relationships with guests, clients, ownership groups, and venue partners.
  • Monitors labor, product, inventory, and other operating costs.
  • Reviews financial performance and identifies opportunities to improve results.
  • Maintains safety, sanitation, responsible alcohol service, and company compliance standards.
  • Coordinates staffing levels and operating plans based on anticipated business.
  • Responds to guest and client feedback and implements service improvements.
  • Supports hiring, training, development, and performance management of premium team members.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional leaders to execute events and venue initiatives.
