Certified Tumor Registrar (CTR/ODS)

Immediate need for a talented Certified Tumor Registrar (CTR/ODS). This is a 13 weeks contract with opportunity for extension and long-term potential and is located in U.S (Remote). Contract Length: 13 weeks with opportunity for extension Shift: 8hr Days (Monday–Friday) – Acceptable work window: 4:30 AM – 11:00 PM Expected Hours: 40 hours per week Pay Package: Please reach out for further discussion and negotiation. Regular Pay: $40.00 – $45.00/hr Flexible schedule – choose your 8-hour shift within the 4:30 AM – 11:00 PM window – work when it fits your life! Complex, challenging cases – handle BMT treatments, multiple facility abstracts, and rare/complex primary sites – build your expertise! Key Requirements and Technology Experience: Required CTR/ODS (Certified Tumor Registrar / Oncology Data Specialist) certification Minimum 2 years of recent experience within specialty Must be able to handle complex cases including BMT treatments, multiple facility abstracts, and rare/complex primary sites Experience with OncoLog, OncoEMR, All Scripts, Aria, Mosaiq, and Cerner preferred Associate's degree in relevant field required; Bachelor's preferred Prior travel experience required Must provide own equipment: PC and dual-monitor setup Quality review expectation: 90% accuracy minimum, mean of 95% Must complete user-defined fields as expected Compliance due by Wednesday prior to Monday start Locals are accepted – 50-mile radius rule applies Remote position – no local in-person requirements
