Mandarich Law Group is one of the country's leading creditor's right law firms with offices in CA, IL, NY, MI, OH, GA, ID, WA, and FL.
At Mandarich Law Group LLP we are looking for great people to bring their passion and strong work ethic to the job. We are a creditors' rights law firm located in downtown Chicago.
We are currently seeking a full time Client Services Representative. Monday through Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM - In-office position.

What You Will do:

  • Provides quality support to clients with moderately complex transactions and processes on a daily basis. Under general supervision assists clients by responding to phone email and other inquiries regarding company services and procedures.
  • Investigates errors in client accounts and statements. Routes issues that cannot be addressed at point of contact to appropriate team in accordance with documented procedures.
  • Reviews daily open items to ensure proper follow-up and closure. This position will be a direct contact between the Firm and our client(s).
Requirements
What You Will Need:
  • Preferred: Minimum one to two years of experience as a client service representative
  • Microsoft Office - Must be proficient using Excel
  • Preferred: Bachelor's Degree Associates Degree
  • Preferred: Collection experience
