Responsibilities

As a CT Technologist 2 joining our Downtown Fresno campus, you will be responsible for producing cross-sectional images using ionizing radiation and training students and staff members in essential CT duties. Serving as a vital link in the continuum of care for our patients, you will work with various departments, including physicians and nursing staff, assisting in the diagnosis and treatment of our patients. This is an excellent opportunity to expand and share your expertise with the Central Valley's largest healthcare system.


Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Graduate of an ARRT approved School of Radiologic Technology or Nuclear Medicine Technology required
  • 2 years experience working as a Computed Tomography Technologist required

Licenses and Certifications

  • BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required
  • One of the following is required
    • CRT - State of California Certified Radiologic Technologist
    • CTNM - State of California Certified Tech Nuclear Medicine
  • And one of the following is required
    • ARRT(CT) - ARRT Computed Tomography
    • NMTCBCT - Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board Computed Tomography
