Job Summary
We are seeking a French Bilingual Data Entry and CSR for a temp-to-hire opportunity in the insurance industry. This role is ideal for a detail-driven customer support professional who can communicate fluently in French and English while managing high-volume, real-time data entry with speed and accuracy.
This is a fast-paced customer support and data processing position where accuracy, focus, and the ability to multitask are essential. You will support customers, agents, and brokers while entering and updating insurance-related information across multiple systems. This is not a traditional call center position. Success requires strong typing skills, comfort handling live customer conversations, and the ability to maintain accuracy while navigating multiple systems at once.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls, answer questions, and resolve issues in a professional and efficient manner.
- Make outbound verification calls to insurance agents and brokers to confirm policy or customer information.
- Respond to customer inquiries by email with clear, accurate, and timely communication.
- Enter, update, and maintain customer data in an insurance tracking system during live calls.
- Verify records, identify discrepancies, and resolve data issues in real time.
- Learn insurance product information, procedures, and internal systems to support accurate customer service.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $47,840.00 to $58,240.00 per year.
- Job type: Temp-to-hire.
- Work arrangement: Remote within the U.S. or hybrid for Washington State residents only.
