We are seeking an Associate Customer Service Representative to join our team. If you have a passion for helping people, excellent communication skills, and are eager to develop your knowledge in the insurance industry, we’d love to hear from you!!

Responsibilities:

  • Assist other Agents and Customer Service Reps in maintaining a portfolio of personal and commercial lines insurance accounts, ensuring outstanding client satisfaction.
  • Answer incoming calls and provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Assist other Agents and Customer Service Reps by processing policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations accurately and efficiently.
  • Assess client needs and provide recommendations to other Agents and Customer Service Reps for appropriate coverage options to protect the client’s assets.
  • Collaborate with insurance carriers to obtain quotes, negotiate terms, and secure competitive coverage options.
  • Identify and inform other Agents and Customer Service Reps about opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell additional insurance products to existing clients.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain detailed and organized records in the agency management system.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in insurance, account management, or a related field.
  • Active California Property & Casualty Insurance License is required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficient in insurance agency management systems and common office software (e.g., MS Office).
  • A proactive and customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
