Job description

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Automation Personnel Services is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support all areas of a fast-paced customer service call center. This role is responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing claims accurately and providing exceptional service in every interaction. The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, and enjoys working with people while maintaining a strong focus on accuracy, problem-solving, and efficiency. This position also plays a key role in assisting with the training and onboarding of new customer service representatives.
Pay Rate
$14.00 per hour
$15.00 per hour if bilingual in English and Spanish
Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
Customer Service Representative Duties and Responsibilities
• Assist with all areas of customer service, including incoming phone calls, processing orders, invoicing, and claims.
• Handle any escalated customer service claims from our customers.
• Learn and maintain product knowledge.
• Train new customer service representatives
Customer Service Representative Qualifications and Requirements
• Experience working in a customer service position.
• Excellent data entry skills, 10 key.
• Attention to detail.
• Good phone etiquette.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be prompt and reliable.
• Must be self-motivated and a team player.
• Computer literacy skills.
