Job Title: IT Technical Writer / Systems Analyst
Location: Richmond, VA
Duration: 12+ Months
*Local Richmond, VA candidates only please
*Candidate must also be able to work onsite 2-3 days/week.
*Contractor will be responsible for purchasing parking through VDOT's Parking Management Office or procuring their own parking
*assignment will be extended beyond 6/30/24, probably 12+ months or more

• The candidate must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Project
• The candidate must be proficient in real-time delivery of training programs.
• The candidate must have experience in creating recordings of training programs that can be used on demand by the target audience.
