Chief Strategy Officer (Senior Management Coach)
**Future Opportunity**
CSEngineering is seeking a Chief Strategy Officer (Senior Management Coach) to join our growing team! This role will serve as the strategic point of contact for a complex IT portfolio, providing strategic development, analysis, and continuous process improvement leadership to advance organizational mission objectives. The ideal candidate will bring demonstrated experience in enterprise IT strategy, cross-organizational planning, and the ability to develop and execute comprehensive strategic frameworks that drive measurable results.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The Chief Strategy Officer will provide strategic development and analysis support across an enterprise IT portfolio, establishing continuous improvement systems and driving execution of strategic plans aligned to organizational vision and mission objectives.
  • Serve as the strategic point of contact, providing strategic development and analysis support to portfolio leadership to advance organizational mission objectives as they relate to the management of IT Business Systems.
  • Establish and monitor a Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) system to drive sustained operational and programmatic performance gains.
  • Develop overall strategic milestones and monitor execution of programs against planned timelines, identifying risks and recommending corrective actions.
  • Provide strategic planning recommendations to program managers and program staff members to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Design and implement detailed strategic plans to support organizational goals and vision, encompassing cross-functional coordination and operational execution.
  • Develop and deliver a comprehensive strategic planning curriculum to build organizational capability in strategic thinking and execution.
  • Demonstrate and apply cross-organizational strategic planning knowledge to coordinate effectively across teams, portfolios, and leadership levels.
  • Support process improvement in the management of IT programs through data-driven analysis, benchmarking, and implementation of best practices.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Security Clearance: Must possess IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive security clearance or Tier 3 (T3) at time of proposal submission
  • Experience with the establishment and execution of a detailed strategy and process for an IT-centric organization, supporting process improvement in the management of IT programs
  • Experience executing a Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) program for a corporate-level organization
  • Demonstrated ability to implement a detailed strategic plan to support organizational goals and vision
  • Demonstrated knowledge of cross-organizational strategic planning and operational execution
  • Experience in the creation and instruction of a comprehensive strategic planning curriculum

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in senior management coaching or organizational leadership development
  • Background in DoD or federal IT portfolio management environments

Location: Washington, DC (NCR) with potential travel to other government sites as required.
