Project Manager
**Future Opportunity**

CSEngineering is seeking a Project Manager to join our growing team! This role will support the coordination, execution, and delivery of complex government logistics and distribution projects by serving as the principal point of contact between contractor personnel and government leadership. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver results on time and within scope.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• The Project Manager will serve as the on-site lead with full authority to act on all matters relating to contract performance, managing day-to-day task activities and providing team leadership for contractor employees assigned to specific projects.

• Provide overall coordination and management of project tasks, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to scope, schedule, and performance requirements

• Assist in defining project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility prior to execution

• Develop detailed plans to monitor and track project progress and prepare documentation including briefings, point papers, trip reports, and meeting minutes

• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification and change control techniques

• Measure and track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, analyzing the successful completion of short- and long-term goals

• Delegate project tasks based on team members' individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels to maximize efficiency and output

• Ensure cost-saving factors and quality controls are applied throughout project execution

• Participate in formal project management reviews, program activities, and informal coordination meetings

• Create and maintain comprehensive, government-owned project documentation throughout the contract lifecycle

• Demonstrate the ability to work effectively with senior decision makers and government leadership

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Security Clearance: Active Secret Clearance

• Bachelor's or master's Degree in program/project management, engineering, logistics, distribution or supply chain management, finance, or business administration/management
• Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification - must be maintained throughout the period of performance
• Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in program/project management, engineering, logistics, distribution or supply chain management, finance, or business administration/management disciplines
• Demonstrated expertise and experience in defense logistics and distribution operations
• Proficiency with the latest version of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project)
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently and lead teams in a complex, multi-project government environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Prior experience supporting DLA Distribution or similar defense logistics support contracts
• Experience managing CONUS and OCONUS logistics support operations
• Familiarity with government contract performance management and COR/KO coordination

Location: Harrisburg, PA with potential CONUS and OCONUS travel as required
