Our Crypto team is dedicated to building and expanding our cryptocurrency offerings, making crypto accessible and understandable for everyone. The team partners closely with engineering, product, and compliance to bring new crypto capabilities to customers while maintaining strong regulatory standards. We focus on making complex blockchain technologies more understandable and accessible to a broad audience.

As a Senior Partnerships Leader, you will identify and manage relationships with key participants across the cryptocurrency ecosystem. You will evaluate new partnership opportunities, lead negotiations, and support the launch of integrations that expand Robinhood's crypto offerings. You will also oversee existing partnerships, ensuring strong performance and alignment with product goals. This role plays a central part in shaping how Robinhood Crypto supports our core business and collaborates with exchanges, custodians, and blockchain partners to deliver new capabilities to customers!

This role is based in our New York, NY office, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

What you'll do
  • Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities across cryptocurrency exchanges, custodians, blockchain protocols, and decentralized finance platforms
  • Lead contract negotiations, ensuring terms meet commercial and product goals, and align with legal, security, and regulatory requirements
  • Work closely with the product teams to understand partnership needs and how these partners can accelerate projects on our crypto roadmap.
  • Manage the onboarding and integration of new partners by working with product, engineering, design, research, and compliance teams
  • Maintain and improve relationships with existing partners, tracking performance and identifying opportunities for product and operational improvements
  • Analyze partnership performance and industry trends to inform decisions on new initiatives and roadmap priorities
What you bring
  • You have 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategy, with experience in cryptocurrency or blockchain
  • You have a strong understanding of blockchain technology, crypto markets, and key participants in the ecosystem
  • You build effective working relationships and communicate clearly with both internal teams and external partners
  • You use structured, detail-oriented approaches to rigorously evaluate opportunities and produce high-quality work that supports decision-making
  • You are comfortable managing multiple projects, prioritizing work, and adapting to changes in a fast-paced environment
