What You’ll Do
  • Drive 2-3 projects in the active stage from start to finish and deliver value to our customers.
  • Define project requirements and deliverables, plan and manage their execution, monitoring and adjustments.
  • Interpretation of business requirements to the technical team and vice versa. Estimating development efforts.
  • Participating in customer calls and providing a project update to the customer.
  • Organizing and keeping up-to-date Project boards. Documenting tasks: timeline, user stories and developer's tasks incl. detailed Acceptance Criteria.
  • Coordinating the development teams including QA and designers.
  • Testing the system before the releases.
  • Taking full responsibility and ownership for project delivery. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or bottlenecks, and proactively address them
  • Helping with onboarding newcomers and mentoring Junior PMs.
Who We’re Looking For
  • 4+ years of managing software development projects (Web and Mobile, AI/ML will be a plus).
  • IT background (technical understanding of web and mobile application development).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to communicate effectively with customers and project teams.
  • Experience in managing projects in Agile and Waterfall environments.
  • Knowledge of business analysis and process description, incl use cases, user stories, visual thinking/drawing.
  • Experience in distributed teams management.
  • Manual testing experience.
  • Ability to work independently and with a team in a dynamic project environment.
  • Attention to details.
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher
