SECURITY GUARDS WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY
Career Details:
We are seeking a passionate Community Re-Entry Specialist (CRS) in Corrections. As an Alvis CRS, you will oversee all individuals entering and exiting the facility. Employees will be responsible for monitoring client whereabouts at all times to provide for the safety and security of the facility and the community. Perform duties in accordance with the mission and goals of the agency and corresponding with agency/governing body policies, procedures, and contracts. Employees will engage with clients on a consistent basis and utilize cognitive behavioral techniques in order to foster and promote healthy decision making and positive interpersonal skills Employees may be required to assist with the onboarding of staff, as well as facilitate client structured activities, as needed. May be required to work overtime, fill in for absent workers, as needed, in order to maintain mandatory staffing levels for a 24/7/365 operation.
