Job description

Position Title: Receiving Operator CRRC

About therole.

McCain Foods is now acceptingapplicationfor a Central Receiving Attendant to work a12-hour [day/night] shift at our Burley, IDfacility. Responsible for dispersing the raw material to predetermined holding bins.Ensuringappropriate rawsizing per specification for designatedproductand plants.

Whatyou'llbe doing.

  • Monitors andmaintainsproduct line flow to ensure all three plantsreceive consistent line flow at all times. Ensure production measures are met (sizer equipment working correctly).

  • Use skid loader (bobcat), forklift, shovel, wheelbarrow, high pressure waterhoseand other required equipment in the Central Raw Receiving area.

  • Troubleshoot technical faults across the Central Raw Receiving area and communicate with leadership,maintenanceand electronics department to coordinate action plans to resolve issues.

  • Calculate and estimate data and accurately complete required records and reports.

  • Navigate through every part of the RS View Screenin order totroubleshoot Milestone equipment such as orange rollers, steel roller, FM Reverse Rollers, FM BlowerFansand any trash conveyance that is also part of the milestone.

  • Change and adjust sizing equipment as directed by needs of the factories or Manager.

  • Keep work area clean and orderlyin accordance withGood Manufacturing Practices (GMP's) and according to the principles of 5S.

Whatyou'llneed to be successful.

  • One to three months of related experience is preferred

  • Must have the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules,operatingand maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.Must have the ability towriteroutine reports and correspondence, effectively present information effectively before groups of customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructionsfurnishedin written, oral,diagramor schedule form.

Compensation Package: - Starting at 24.86 USD hourly + Bonus eligibility + Hourly Pay Differential for applicable shifts
