FAMILY MEDICINE PHYSICIAN

Praxis Health is looking for a family physician who wants to practice the way medicine should feel: a manageable panel, no hospital rounding, specialist support at your side, and a team that handles the administrative weight so you can focus on your patients.

COMPENSATION

  • Year one guarantee: $270,000
  • Year two production average: $320,000
  • $75K Sign-on/ Retention/ Loan Repay - structured around what matters most to you
  • Schedule: 4-day workweek, 18 patients per day
  • Call: Shared only, no hospital call requirements

PRACTICE DETAILS

You will step into a fully established outpatient panel, with no building from scratch. An endocrinologist is embedded within the clinic, giving your patients specialist access without the typical referral friction.

The employee is occasionally required to sit, stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee must regularly lift or move up to 10 lbs, frequently up to 25 lbs, and occasionally up to 50 lbs. Work environment is a combination of medical office and exam/procedure room settings.
