The Opportunity:

Your ability to translate real-world needs into technical specifications makes you an integral part of delivering a customer-focused engineering solution.
As a cross-domain system (CDS) engineer on our team, you'll have the chance to shape missions by supporting the engineering of DoD afloat network systems. Your customer will trust you to not only design and develop these systems but also evolve them with advanced technology solutions. On our team, you'll be able to grow by leveraging your operating system and network engineering skills to become a CDS subject matter expert. You Have:
  • 4+ years of experience in cybersecurity engineering, systems engineering, or cross-domain technologies
  • 2+ years of experience with engineering solutions across technologies, including Radiant Mercury, Secure Operating System Trusted Thin Client (SOS TSC), or Forcepoint Trusted Thin Client (TTC)
  • Experience with Radiant Mercury or Everfox technology
  • Knowledge of network security, secure protocols, and boundary defense architectures
  • Ability to develop solutions across software and hardware to solve problems and implement enhancements
  • Ability to investigate and resolve issues that span multiple applications and technologies and require involvement from technical personnel across multiple organizations
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
  • Secret clearance
  • HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:
  • Experience with implementing Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA)
  • Knowledge of data loss prevention (DLP), content filtering, and malware analysis techniques
  • Knowledge of DevSecOps pipelines and automated security validation
  • Cybersecurity Certification, such as CySA+, CASP+, CISSP, or GIAC Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,900.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
