We are seeking a Communication/Data Analyst to support Communication services. In this role, you will combine strategic communication expertise, data analytics capability, and event coordination experience to support outreach initiatives, measure program effectiveness, and enhance stakeholder engagement.
This position requires at least three (3) years of relevant experience in communications, analytics, event coordination, or federal support services. The ideal candidate is comfortable drafting executive-level content, analyzing performance data, and organizing high-visibility outreach events such as conferences and trade shows.
Position Requirements
Responsibilities
  • Support development and execution of strategic communication and outreach plans.
  • Develop written content including executive briefings, reports, newsletters, web content, and stakeholder communications.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret communication and outreach performance metrics (KPIs) to assess effectiveness and inform strategy adjustments.
  • Develop dashboards, visualizations, and data summaries to communicate engagement trends and outcomes.
  • Plan, coordinate, and support outreach events including conferences, industry days, trade shows, and stakeholder engagements.
  • Manage event logistics, registration tracking, materials preparation, coordination with venues and partners, and post-event reporting.
  • Support development of communication calendars, content schedules, and outreach timelines.
  • Track and report on engagement metrics across digital platforms and in-person events.
  • Conduct research and data analysis to identify target audiences and improve outreach impact.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance message clarity, audience targeting, and program visibility.
  • Collaborate with program leadership and delivery teams to align communications and outreach with mission priorities.
  • Ensure quality control, brand consistency, and compliance with federal communication standards.

Formal Education and Certification
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Policy, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • Minimum three (3) years of relevant professional experience in communications, outreach coordination, analytics, or federal support services.
  • Certification in data analytics preferred.

Ideal Candidate Profile
