Job description

The LA Clippers are seeking a CRM Associate who will join our Business Insights team to provide analysis, visualize data, and identify research trends using data from all departments of the LA Clippers Business Operations. As the CRM Associate, you will participate in projects both long and short term that provide tools and insights for Ticket Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships. Ideal candidates will be pursing an advanced degree with some experience (school projects accepted) in database querying and dashboarding.
This is a part-time role based in Inglewood, CA and is not eligible for benefits. Due to the nature of this industry, candidates must be available to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays to support high profile concerts and NBA games.
What You Will Do
  • Serve as a key administrator of the CRM platform, managing system maintenance, integrations, workflows, customizations, and ongoing enhancements in partnership with vendors and internal support teams.
  • Lead day-to-day management of CRM data quality, including data cleansing, validation, governance, and integrity monitoring.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for CRM-related questions, troubleshooting, and support requests from internal users.
  • Support lead distribution processes and campaign execution across Ticket Sales, Membership Services, Premium Sales, and Kia Forum sales teams.
  • Support the development, execution, and optimization of targeted CRM campaigns, audience segmentation strategies, and automated customer journeys to drive fan engagement and revenue growth.
  • Monitor lead flow, sales activity, campaign performance, and conversion metrics to identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Manipulate, analyze, and visualize large datasets to uncover actionable insights, and design dashboards, reports, and KPIs to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
  • Analyze fan lifecycle and customer journey performance across acquisition, conversion, retention, and loyalty touchpoints, providing strategic recommendations to improve engagement and long-term customer value.
  • Lead CRM training and user adoption initiatives, including onboarding, documentation, and best practice development.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across Ticket Sales, Service, Partnerships, and Marketing, communicating findings through presentations, reports, and dashboards to stakeholders at various levels.
  • Other duties as assigned by the CRM Manager.

Your Background, Skills and Qualifications
  • BA/BS in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, Math, Economics, or another related field.
  • Experience and proficiency with SQL Databases & Database Management.
  • Experience and proficiency with dashboarding tools (PowerBI preferred).
  • Experience and proficiency with workflow automation platforms (e.g., Power Automate, Zapier)
  • Experience and proficiency with Adobe RTCDP (Preferred but not required)
  • Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics CRM or a similar platform (Preferred but not required)
  • Experience with AI Tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, CoPilot
  • Advanced Experience in MS office suite.
  • Experience and proficiency with varied programming and scripting languages is a plus.
  • Able to work and excel in high-demands environments and meet hard deadlines.
  • Effective interpersonal skills, both oral and written.
  • Self-starter and entrepreneurial spirit with hands-on approach towards business.
  • Ability to learn, contribute, and thrive in a fast-growing, dynamic environment.
  • Able to read, write and take directions in English.
