We are seeking a strategic CRM Strategist to join our team and drive comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategies across email and SMS channels. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to optimize customer engagement and revenue growth throughout the entire customer journey.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and execute on a comprehensive lifecycle strategy (email + SMS) to optimize for onsite list growth, activation, retention, revenue and engagement throughout the customer journey
  • Strategy Roadmap & monthly presentations
  • Build out and own lifecycle roadmap, including evidence based testing initiatives to ensure performance is always being maximized
  • Collaborate with designers, specialists and clients, gaining and applying feedback from key stakeholders
  • Maintain performance and health of email + SMS channels with regard to audience segmentation, content, list hygiene, and deliverability
  • Complex Klaviyo logic, production & technical support
  • Reporting & Insights development

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • 4+ years of experience in strategic planning, email + SMS marketing, client services, and full cycle campaign management, preferably in an agency setting
  • eCommerce/ retail lifecycle experience critical, preferably across verticals
  • Experience maximizing loyalty engagement strategies in email + SMS
  • Proven track record of exceptional performance in building lifecycle marketing revenue
  • Proven track record structuring and delivering ongoing testing to continuously improve performance
  • Mobile App, Mobile Push, Web Push, In-App Messaging experience a plus
  • Hands on keyboards experience working with a variety of platforms (Klaviyo, Iterable, Braze, Attentive, Postscript, etc.,) a plus.
  • Experience in structuring and improving marketing CRM tech stacks, including fluency in using leading CRM platforms, using tracking and personalization tools to deliver a great customer experience
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
  • Highly creative, with experience devising campaigns that engage, educate, and motivate a target audience
  • Strong writing experience coupled with a drive to constantly improve your ability to connect with customers through the written word
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
