We are seeking a dynamic CRM Director with extensive Salesforce technical expertise and a strong background in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector. The ideal candidate will specialize in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and lead our CRM initiatives, driving business growth and enhancing customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the CRM strategy aligned with the bank's business objectives. Lead the CRM team to deliver innovative solutions that improve customer experience and support business growth.
  • Salesforce FSC Implementation: Oversee the implementation and optimization of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) tailored to the needs of the BFSI sector. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems and processes.
  • Customer Insights: Leverage data analytics and customer insights to identify opportunities for enhancing engagement and satisfaction. Implement strategies to boost customer loyalty and retention.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing CRM team. Foster an environment of collaboration and continuous improvement.
