Job Description:

Support the client's restaurant brand marketing initiatives by developing and executing data-driven CRM strategies across email, SMS, and push notification channels to drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Own day-to-day CRM execution across email, SMS, and push notifications for an assigned brand.
  • Build and manage lifecycle marketing journeys including acquisition, activation, retention, and win-back campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain the CRM campaign calendar in partnership with brand stakeholders.
  • Coordinate campaign briefs, QA, deployment, and post-campaign reporting.
  • Drive A/B testing initiatives including subject lines, offers, messaging, and send-time optimization.
  • Partner with creative agencies to execute campaign assets across owned channels.
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to measure campaign performance and incremental revenue impact.
  • Present CRM performance insights and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Support owned-channel execution for pilot marketing initiatives.
  • Manage CRM priorities while adapting to changing business needs.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 4 years of CRM or lifecycle marketing experience supporting consumer-facing brands.
  • Hands-on experience executing campaigns through enterprise CRM platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marigold, Braze, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar).
  • Experience deploying email campaigns within a CRM platform.
  • Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing and customer journey optimization.
  • Experience managing email, SMS, and push notification campaigns.
  • Ability to connect marketing initiatives to business outcomes and ROI.
  • Experience partnering with analytics teams to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
