Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will support the day-to-day operation of our CRM systems, helping keep data clean, campaigns running smoothly, and internal teams supported. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and excited to learn how CRM platforms power modern marketing and sales efforts.

In this role, you will:

  • Support the day-to-day administration of the CRM platform, including user setup, permissions, basic configurations, and data control.
  • Assist with the execution of CRM campaigns, email journeys, workflows, and automations in collaboration with the marketing team
  • Maintain accurate contact lists, segments, tags, and records to ensure data consistency and organization
  • Provide first-level support to internal teams using the CRM, helping resolve basic issues and escalating more complex requests when needed
