Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Transformation Advisor to assess its current Dynamics CRM 8.2 on-premises environment and provide strategic recommendations for its future-state CRM platform. The consultant will lead discovery efforts, evaluate migration and modernization options, identify business and technical risks, and develop an implementation RFP for vendor selection. EXPERT LEVEL
Key Responsibilities
Assess the current Dynamics CRM 8.2 environment, including workflows, integrations, reporting, data architecture, and dependent applications.
Lead stakeholder interviews and business process discovery sessions across multiple departments.
Evaluate CRM modernization options, including migration to Dynamics 365 Online, greenfield rebuild, hybrid approaches, and data archival strategies.
Develop future-state recommendations, roadmaps, risks, and decision criteria for executive leadership.
Assess data retention, attachment management, SharePoint integrations, Exchange/EWS dependencies, workflows, and CRM-connected applications.
Create a comprehensive implementation RFP and vendor evaluation framework.
Provide project leadership, governance recommendations, and strategic guidance throughout the assessment effort.
Required Skills
Deep expertise with Dynamics CRM 8.x On-Premises and Dynamics 365 Online.
Strong CRM transformation, modernization, and migration strategy experience.
Executive-level consulting, business process assessment, and stakeholder management.
Experience developing RFPs and leading vendor selection initiatives.
Preferred Skills
Retail or franchise business experience.
SharePoint, SQL Server, Exchange/EWS, CRM integrations, and data migration expertise.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $95.00 - $120.00/hr.
