Job description

ROLE: eCom Media Manager
Location: Nutley,ย NJ (Must be local to Nutley/Newark, NJ-NYC area, hybrid/onsite required)
Interview Process: if local required,ย F2F/onsite final round, other rounds via MS Teams Video
The most important skills/experience are Criteo, and Target/Instacart or Door Dash.ย 
2-4 years of hands-on experience in eCommerce / retail media performance marketing
Proven experience executing campaigns across retailers such as Target, CVS, Walgreens, Samโ€™s Club, Walmart, or Amazon
Experience working in self-service ad platforms (not just managing agencies)
Technical Skills
Strong hands-on experience with:
Criteo
Pacvue ย 
Solid understanding of:
Retail media KPIs (ROAS, CPC, conversion rate)
Campaign structures, bidding strategies, and optimization levers
Analytical Skills
Comfortable working with data, identifying trends, and making optimization decisions
