Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
and Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)
CRi provides a competitive hourly reimbursement with experience being a main driver for compensation and flexibility in scheduling to promote work-life balance!
CRi provides community based behavioral consultative services to adults with disabilities in the Northern Virginia area and we are looking to add a contracted Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to our team! As our services continue to grow, we are seeking additional employees that value flexibility in scheduling and would be interested in gaining experience in clustered community cases or center based options!
The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, energetic, well-organized individual with a demonstrated ability to work and communicate with a variety of people. Knowledge of Medicaid-waiver and licensing regulations in Virginia is a plus. BCBAs/BCaBAs should be able to work independently as well as collaborate within a team. This position requires travel within the greater Northern Virginia area, so a valid driver's license and transportation are also required.
The BCBA/BCaBA is responsible for providing accurate behavioral assessments, development of individualized behavior programs, and implementation of programs to individuals with developmental disabilities, intellectual disabilities and/or mental illness diagnoses. Typical responsibilities include completing functional assessments, developing behavior support plans, training and participating in dynamic service teams. This position is flexible in scheduling and provides opportunities to work in a wide array of environments. Therefore, a professional attitude, approach to daily work and overall appearance are essential.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications Required:
  • BCBA
    • Master's degree in related human services field.
    • Must be a Licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (or able to obtain licensure upon employment)
  • BCaBA
    • Bachelor's degree in related human services field.
    • Must be a Licensed Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst in the state of Virginia (or able to obtain licensure upon employment)

Locations: Loudoun County, Arlington County and Fairfax County, VA
Schedule: Varies *Flexible schedule!
