Position Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts receivable collections for assigned customers and regions.
  • Communicate with customers regarding outstanding balances and payment status.
  • Review customer credit, process credit approvals, and recommend credit limit adjustments.
  • Prepare collection notices, payment plans, refunds, account statements, and account adjustments.
  • Process credit card payments and maintain accurate customer account records.
  • Research account discrepancies, credits, and payment issues.
  • Partner with internal teams to resolve billing disputes and customer concerns.
  • Handle high-volume and complex customer accounts, including multi-location customers.
  • Respond to customer inquiries related to invoicing, credit, and payment processing.
  • Review and approve sales orders, including high-value transactions, based on creditworthiness.
  • Monitor lease account aging, investigate discrepancies, and maintain account documentation.
  • Support customer transitions related to acquisitions and newly integrated accounts.
  • Recommend accounts for third-party collections when appropriate.
  • Train and mentor members of the collections team.
  • Provide support for special projects and additional duties as assigned by management.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of two (2) years’ collection or customer service experience.
