Position Responsibilities:

If you are a rare individual, who loves owning the full creative process-from ideation through execution and distribution-and can turn ideas into a structured, high-performing content engine, then this role is for you!

You will take full ownership of organic content strategy and execution, allowing the founder to step out of day-to-day planning and focus on showing up on camera.

This role includes:

  • Creating and owning the overall content and creative strategy across platforms
  • Planning content proactively (shifting from reactive posting to structured planning)
  • Translating ideas, trends, and founder input into clear content plans and campaigns
  • Writing scripts, planning shots, and defining what content needs to be filmed and how
  • Running with content execution using a 10-80-10 model (founder input you own execution founder approval)
  • Directing and managing content production without being solely responsible for hands-on editing
  • Overseeing and managing creative resources, including video editors and contractors
  • Taking ownership of the editing process through team coordination and feedback
  • Managing content distribution across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, and expansion channels like TikTok/Pinterest)
  • Organizing and leveraging existing unused content (e.g., camera roll footage)
  • Ensuring consistent, high-quality content output (eliminating gaps and inconsistency)
  • Identifying high-performing organic content and transitioning it into paid ads
  • Building systems and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce bottlenecks
  • Acting as the central orchestrator across all content efforts to ensure alignment and execution

Qualifications

  • Experience in content strategy, creative direction, or social media leadership roles
  • Proven ability to plan, execute, and scale content strategies across social platforms
  • Strong understanding of what drives engagement and performance in organic content
