Full-Time Employee Benefits & Compensation Overview

As a full-time employee of Contour, you are eligible for the following benefits and programs:

Insurance

  • Health, vision, and dental insurance, plus short/long-term disability and voluntary life insurance (effective the first day of the month following your hire date)

401(k) Savings Plan

  • Eligibility begins the first day of the month following your hire date.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate airline, hotel, rental car, ground transportation, and related travel arrangements for crewmembers, management personnel, and other company travelers as assigned.
  • Coordinate all training-related travel arrangements for pilots, flight attendants, maintenance personnel, and other company employees.
  • Manage advance travel bookings for scheduled airline operations.
  • Assume responsibility for travel arrangements beyond 48 hours.
  • Monitor future travel requirements and proactively identify booking needs and conflicts.
  • Maintain accurate travel records and itineraries.
  • Coordinate with Crew Scheduling, Flight Coordination, Training, Maintenance, and operational leadership.
  • Research and secure efficient and cost-effective travel options.
  • Assist with irregular operations by rebooking future travel accommodations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for training travel logistics.
  • Maintain relationships with travel vendors.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Keep Expense Reports up to date in accordance with internal guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with company travel policies.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Be authorized to work in the United States and able to travel in and out of the United States.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
  • Possess high school diploma or GED equivalent. 
  • Must understand, read, and write English.

  • Able to work nights, weekends, holidays, and varying schedules. 
  • Operational knowledge of laptop and desktop computers, working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, or related presentation programs. Operational knowledge of Outlook is required. Competency with internet navigation is also required. 
  • Ability to work in a safe professional manner adhering to all regulatory requirements including OSHA, EPA, state, and federal regulations.
  • Prior experience in aviation operations, airline travel coordination, crew scheduling, corporate travel services, or Part 135 operations preferred.
