Position Overview: 

We are looking for a dynamic, hands-on Creative Director to lead and elevate our creative vision across multiple brands and experiences. This role is responsible for shaping and executing high-impact creative strategies across environmental design, advertising campaigns, video production, retail, and brand development. 

The Creative Director will lead a multidisciplinary team of designers and creatives, guiding concept development from idea to execution while ensuring all work aligns with brand standards and business goals. This is both a strategic and tactical role, ideal for someone who can think big, lead confidently, and step in to create when needed. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Lead the overall creative vision and execution across all projects and brands 
  • Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of designers and creatives while fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment 
  • Develop and direct creative strategies for marketing campaigns, park signage, branding, video content, and retail experiences 
  • Create clear and compelling creative briefs that align stakeholders and guide execution 
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including marketing, operations, and leadership to bring projects to life 
  • Present concepts and creative work to leadership and incorporate feedback while maintaining creative integrity 
  • Oversee multiple projects at once, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met 
  • Maintain brand consistency while pushing innovation and creative excellence 
  • Stay actively involved in the creative process by concepting, designing, and problem solving alongside the team when needed

Qualifications: 

  • 7+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, either agency or in-house 
  • Proven experience managing and developing creative teams 
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across branding, campaigns, and multi-channel design 
  • Experience with environmental design, experiential marketing, or themed entertainment is a plus 
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent experience 
  • Basic understanding of web development (HTML/CSS capabilities) is a plus, but not required. 
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. 
  • Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects and creative thinking.
