The Job/What You'll Do:

AssetMark is seeking an experienced Senior Creative and Content Project Manager to support the Brand team (Experience Design and Event Experience) in content management, creative workflow, and event operations management. The role includes project management of all creative and content deliverables, speaker coordination for events, and ensuring adherence to feedback and workflow processes. Additional responsibilities may include managing other event-related or project management tasks.

This is a full-time position in our Concord, CA office with a hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities:

Content Management:

  • Serve as a point person and project manager for content, under the direction of Director, Brand Operations
  • Work closely with Copywriters, Presentation Designers, and Video Producers to ensure all deliverables are cohesive and meet the AssetMark brand, event theme, and Vis ID standards
  • Coordinate with pre-identified speakers to ensure session objectives, timelines, and content requirements are met
  • Manage the collection, review, and organization of session materials and assets
  • Build show flows and content grids to manage accountability and workflow
  • Confirm session logistics, audiovisual needs, and presentation materials with speakers
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Product, Business Partners, and Marketing) to ensure content alignment and readiness
  • Ensure session content and presentation design align with the event theme and maintain high-quality standards
  • Collaborate with other core team members to deliver a seamless and engaging attendee experience

Creative Project Management:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans and timelines for creative deliverables, including design, copywriting, and video, under the creative direction of the Director, Experience Design
  • Lead and coordinate matrix-style program teams, including creative, video, and production resources
  • Monitor deadlines and proactively follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of deliverables
  • Track and report on post-project metrics to assess success
  • Manage print production and build timelines to keep designers on track with delivery

Brand Operations:

  • Assist in the CFP process
  • Build post-event surveys
  • Create workflows for registration reporting using CVENT and Salesforce
  • Build planner alerts in CVENT, Salesforce, and Wrike
  • Assist with video workflow management and stakeholder communication
  • Manage the video studio schedule

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with speakers and stakeholders
  • Strong initiative, self-motivation, and relational skills to build connections across departments
  • High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual meeting platforms
  • Ability to strategically oversee event timelines and deliverables with minimal supervision
  • Attention to detail and solutions-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Financial services industry experience is a plus
  • Proven track record of managing creative deliverables and workflows is preferred
  • 4+ years of experience in project managing content and creative

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing agenda and thematic development for impactful events
  • Strong creative project management experience with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple creative projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of production and creative elements, with the ability to create holistic timelines that intersect with multiple teams and stakeholders

Compensation: The Base Salary range for this position is between $95,000-$115,000.

This information reflects a base salary range that AssetMark reasonably expects to pay for the position based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and actual work location. This position will also be eligible for additional variable incentive compensation and competitive benefits.
