Scope: We are seeking a Christ-loving, data-minded leader to work with the Director of Creative Strategy and Communications to grow and develop Pre-Born!’s presence with our target audiences. Utilize your skills and life to increase your service to Jesus Christ by working alongside us in saving babies and souls.

A Little About Us: Pre-Born! is a national grant-maker exclusively for pregnancy clinics across the U.S. (and a few beyond)! We empower clinics through providing training, consultation, and equipment to help rescue babies from abortion and bring mothers and their families to the saving knowledge of Christ. 

We are a Christ-centered and Christ-directed non-profit that seeks to operate with excellence, efficiency, and innovation. We are a diverse family with people from all different backgrounds united through our love for Christ and our love for life.

Duties: 

· Analyze data from all marketing, donation, and customer relationship management platforms and adjust established marketing plans based on outcomes 

· Manage the entire lifecycle of videography projects 

· Conduct donor health analysis to properly segment marketing and communication pieces.

· Collect and create digital, postal and radio collaterals for campaigns and events.

· Conduct regular and comprehensive market research on all stakeholders

· Conduct regular and comprehensive return-of-investment analyses on all marketing campaigns

· Grow “market share” of Pre-Born! brand in cause space

· Develop and maintain a profitable, robust and integrated social media marketing plan

· Manage main website (preborn.com) retargeting and SEO endeavors

· Lead efforts to diversify the donor base demographics, paying special attention to the millennial generations and younger 

· Manage external marketing, communications, radio, and public relations partnerships

· Furnish routine reporting to senior leadership

Qualifications:   

· Personal, growing relationship with Jesus Christ. 

· Agreement with and adherence to Pre-Born!’s Statement of Faith and Code of Christian Conduct.

· 100% pro-life.   

· Willingness to intercede before God for the ministry of Pre-Born!.

· Expertise in non-profit marketing, communications, and public relations, preferably in the pregnancy center / pro-life space.

· Significant experience in:

· Ability and desire to manage details in simultaneous projects on an ongoing basis
