To thrive as a Creative Retail Professional, you need a strong background in visual merchandising, sales strategies, and customer service, often supported by experience in retail or a related field. Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems, inventory management software, and digital design tools like Adobe Creative Suite is commonly required.
