This role is ideal for someone who can balance schedules, budgets, stakeholder relationships, and team coordination while guiding projects from early concept through completion. Successful candidates will be excited to learn and apply Solid Light's unique approach to project and portfolio management-one that emphasizes flow, collaboration, and shared success across multidisciplinary teams and client partners.
What You'll Do
  • Lead projects from concept through completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and aligned with client goals
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
  • Learn and apply Solid Light's project management methodology, balancing individual project success with the efficient flow of work across the company's broader portfolio
  • Build and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Creative, Design, Fabrication, Multimedia, and Tech
  • Facilitate project meetings, document decisions, and communicate action items to stakeholders
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively solve challenges that impact scope, schedule, or budget
  • Collaborate with leadership to optimize staffing, project flow, profitability, and resource utilization
  • Guide project teams through client reviews and approval processes
  • Support the development of proposals, contracts, and project documentation
  • Manage project finances including purchase orders, invoices, receipts, and expense tracking
