Role Overview

The Project Manager (PM) is the operational driver of our client programs. Working alongside our Fabrication team and Account Managers, the PM ensures that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest quality. This role translates client and account direction into actionable project plans, manages workflow across creative and production teams, and proactively resolves issues before they impact delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Tracking

  • Build and manage detailed project plans, timelines, resourcing, and budgets.
  • Track progress in Click Up (& other PM tools), ensuring visibility for the team.
  • Anticipate risks, flag scope/budget concerns, and escalate issues proactively.

Execution & Delivery

  • Oversee day-to-day executional details of custom/prototype builds, events, and activations.
  • Facilitate workflow across creative, production, strategy, and vendor partners.
  • Manage QA, version control, and on-time delivery of all assets.

Team & Client Support

  • Partner with Account Directors on large, complex programs.
  • Support Account Managers on recurring and smaller-scale projects.
  • Provide weekly status updates, dashboards, and clear reporting.
  • Ensure information flow across stakeholders with meeting recaps, action items, and async updates.

Operational Excellence

  • Reduce meeting fatigue by streamlining communication via Click Up, status docs, and Google Chat updates.
  • Uphold agency standards for project documentation, SOW reconciliation, and budget tracking.
  • Continuously identify process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability.

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of project management experience in a marketing, advertising, or brand experience agency.
  • Strong background in B2B and B2C projects
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (Click Up, Asana, Monday, Smartsheet, or equivalent).
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable collaborating across multiple time zones and geographies.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and resilient under pressure.

What We Offer

  • Opportunity to play a key role in growing our Fabrication team.
  • Exposure to high-visibility programs.
  • A collaborative team culture that values both strategy and flawless execution.
  • Medical, dental, vision, life, and mental health benefits + PTO and 401K with matching
