Job Summary
The Project Manager oversees estimating, prototyping, and production for assigned projects, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and quality standards.
What You'll Do...
  • Coordinate production schedules, monitor job progress, and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Estimate project costs, manage raw material expenses, maintain inventory levels, and ensure accurate bills of materials.
  • Source and supervise vendors and subcontractors, procure materials and buyouts, and maintain vendor performance standards.
  • Maintain work orders and estimates, prepare instruction sheets and parts lists, and communicate project status with internal teams.
  • Works from drawings, samples and/or written specifications to determine a job cost estimate for specific client assignments.
  • Facilitate communication between project teams, departments, and external partners.
  • Identify inefficiencies, attend production meetings, and stay current with industry trends and technologies.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Requirements
What You'll Bring...
  • BA/BS in Business, Manufacturing, Engineering, Graphic Arts, or related field; or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years in screen printing/digital imaging project management.
  • Strong planning, scheduling, and analytical skills.
