Coordinator, Resource & Creative Production (Timberland)

What will you do?

A day in the life of a Coordinator, Resource & Creative Production at Timberland looks a little like this.

Reporting to the Director, Production, this role coordinates the day-to-day operations within the Project Management and Creative Production team by ensuring projects are properly scheduled, resources are appropriately allocated, and deliverables move seamlessly from brief through final delivery. This role partners closely with Creative, Creative Production, Project Management and Digital teams, along with external vendors, to drive clarity, organization, and operational efficiency across all work streams.

Let's break down that day-in-the-life a bit more.

  • Coordinate/triage all incoming requests and gather all relevant information to brief Director, Production and determine priority order

  • Serve as a key communication link and coordinate between Director, Production and Project Managers, Creative leads, Creative Producers, internal stakeholders, and external partners to ensure timely execution

  • Track and traffic all project timelines, production milestones, and deliverable deadlines across marketing channels

  • Create, submit, and process all POs, contracts, NDAs, legal comms, expense reports to ensure budget tracking and manage estimates

  • Coordinate department calendars and manage meeting set up

  • Monitor resource tracking across Creative, Creative Production, and Project Management teams

  • Route creative assets for internal reviews, stakeholder approvals, and final delivery

  • Maintain accurate version control within shared drives and asset storage E-Systems

  • Prepare production documentation, including asset lists/matrix, creative specs, and checklists

This position is based in the NYC office. Domestic/International travel up to 15% is required to coordinate on-site activities.

What do you need to succeed?

Additionally, while formal education in a related field is great to have, we are most interested in your 0-2 years of experience and professional achievements in fashion, GTM, creative agency work, and/or creative production and demonstrated potential.

  • Quick-to-action approach to getting the work done

  • Stellarcommunication skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to rapid shifts

  • Able and willing to travel; provide on-site support as needed

  • General interest in advertising, fashion, and/or creative production

There are also a few skills that are not required but preferred.

  • Experience with Microsoft suites

  • Experience working on marketing teams, creative teams (both internal and external), and in production environments

  • Familiarity with workflow and/or resource management via Airtable

Hiring Range:

$61,600.00 USD - $77,000.00 USD annually

Incentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, orcommissionpotential.
