They are seeking a Creative Production Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of creative projects across multiple channels, ensuring that work is organized and aligned with project goals.
Responsibilities:
• Support the planning and coordination of creative production across digital, social, video, print, and integrated campaigns.
• Help build and maintain project timelines, task lists, and production schedules.
• Track deliverables and ensure deadlines are met across internal teams and external partners.
• Assist in organizing production workflows from concept through final delivery.
• Work closely with creative, strategy, media, and account teams to keep projects aligned and moving forward.
• Facilitate communication between teams to ensure everyone has the information they need to succeed.
• Coordinate internal reviews and approvals.
• Assist with organizing assets, production files, and documentation.
