Job description
At Idea Peddler, we see our talent as the next wave of creative thinkers and investing in them means investing in the future of our industry. We're looking for a part-time Graphic Designer (20 hours per week) a creative with sharp design instincts, a knack for motion graphics and video editing, and a curiosity that drives exploration across new mediums. Illustration chops are a plus; a dash of UI/UX curiosity is the cherry on top. If you love bringing ideas to life, not just pushing pixels, we'd love to meet you.
This is a great fit for a designer seeking steady, flexible work with room to grow.
What You Bring
This position is 20 hours per week. We're in the office Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays and would love for you to be too but understand the flex life of the freelancer. This is a great opportunity to gain professional experience, grow your network, and learn more about yourself and the industry. This position has the potential to turn into a full-time position if that's what you're looking for, based on business needs and future growth of the agency.

What You Bring
- Strong grasp of design fundamentals: layout, typography, color, and composition
- Experience with Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Figma
- Familiarity with Google Slides and Canva
- A creative portfolio showcasing your design range and problem-solving ability
- Bonus: Illustration, photography, or 3D design experience
- Eagerness to learn, experiment, and grow-no task too small, no idea too big
