Job description

The Marketing Services Supervisor serves as the primary liaison between the Marketing department and internal business partners. This role is responsible for managing the intake, planning, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives across the organization. Acting as the "face of Marketing," the Marketing Services Supervisor partners closely with internal customers to understand business objectives, develop clear marketing briefs, prioritize projects, and guide work through the marketing process from concept to completion.
This position combines elements of account management, project management, and cross-functional leadership to ensure marketing initiatives are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with company goals and brand standards.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
• Act as a key point of contact between Marketing and internal partners, supporting alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships to understand business needs and support marketing efforts.
• Assist in translating business objectives into clear marketing plans, project briefs, and timelines.
• Support the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Manage day-to-day marketing projects, coordinating activities from intake through completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Brand & Creative, Digital Marketing, Marketing Operations, Communications, Merchandise, etc.) to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Track project timelines, monitor progress, and help prioritize work to meet deadlines.
• Identify potential risks or delays, communicate issues proactively, and escalate when needed.
• Ensure marketing materials and campaigns align with brand standards and established guidelines.
• Facilitate routine project updates, status meetings, and follow-ups to keep stakeholders informed.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, workflows, and status reporting.
• Lead, mentor and develop specialist and coordinator-level team members, promoting strong communication, accountability, and a customer-focused mindset.
• Consistently deliver marketing projects on time and within budget while maintaining high-quality execution and effectiveness.
• Build strong internal partnerships by driving excellent customer service, improving workflow efficiency, and balancing competing priorities with a high level of service and collaboration across teams.
SKILLS/EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE/ABILITIES
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, account management, project management, or related field.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage timelines, priorities, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proficiency with project management and workflow tools.
Desired:
  • Experience in retail, consumer marketing, or agency environments.
  • Familiarity with integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, social, email, and in-store channels.
  • Supervisory or team leadership experience.
  • Experience writing creative or marketing briefs.
