Job description

Position Overview

Lead the creative development and execution of marketing materials across print and digital channels within the Client Marketing & Events function.
Apply the firm's brand thoughtfully and consistently across a high volume of client-facing deliverables, ensuring materials are polished, effective, and aligned with brand standards.
Shape and evolve the visual language for a broad portfolio of events, including invitations, event identities, signage, stage design, presentation templates, digital screens, environmental graphics, and related collateral.
Manage and mentor a team of in-house designers, while overseeing a network of freelance creatives and external partners as needed.
Partner closely with marketing, events, content, and other internal stakeholders to translate business objectives into compelling creative solutions.
Bring a strong point of view on design and identify innovative ways to apply the brand across emerging formats, platforms, and event experiences.
Establish efficient creative workflows and review processes that support quality, speed, and consistency across a high-output function.
Serve as a senior creative reviewer across projects, providing clear direction and
constructive feedback from concept through final execution.
Ensure all work reflects a high standard of craft, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing strategic priorities with fast-moving production needs.

Qualifications & Experience

10+ years of experience in creative leadership roles within in-house, agency, or integrated marketing environments.
Strong experience managing designers and external creative partners across a range of media and deliverables.
Portfolio demonstrating excellence in digital, print, and experiential design.
Proven ability to apply established brand systems across a wide range of formats while keeping the work fresh, engaging, and effective.
Experience developing visual approaches for events and live experiences, including both pre-event and on-site creative.
Excellent design judgment, typography, layout, and storytelling skills.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to lead through complexity and volume.
Collaborative, confident communicator with experience working across cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
Ability to operate strategically while remaining close to the work and the creative process.
