This is not a traditional management-only marketing role.
We are seeking a highly creative, hands-on marketing leader who actively designs, creates, and produces marketing assets while also leading a small internal team. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable building campaigns, editing creative assets, managing digital initiatives, and mentoring others.
If your experience is primarily strategy-focused or agency-managed without direct creative execution, this opportunity will likely not be the right fit.

  • Design graphics, presentations, campaigns, videos, and collateral using Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Own projects from concept through final production and delivery
  • Maintain strong brand consistency across all channels and assets
Digital Marketing Execution
  • Manage website content and updates through CMS platforms such as Sitecore or similar
  • Build and deploy email marketing campaigns using Pardot or comparable platforms
  • Support digital campaign optimization and user experience improvements
Team Leadership
  • Lead, mentor, and support a small in-house creative/marketing team
  • Serve as a working manager by contributing directly to creative production
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to manage priorities and timelines
Analytics & Performance
  • Track campaign performance using Salesforce and related marketing tools
  • Analyze results and optimize messaging, creative, and campaign effectiveness
Required Experience
  • 7-10+ years of combined hands-on creative and digital marketing experience
  • Advanced expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere
  • Strong experience producing both print and digital marketing materials
  • Experience working within CMS platforms such as Sitecore
  • Email marketing platform experience (Pardot or similar)
  • Salesforce or related campaign tracking experience
  • Previous experience leading a team while remaining actively involved in execution
  • Portfolio required showcasing work personally created
What Makes You Stand Out
  • Strong "lead by example"mentality
  • Equal strength in creative execution and marketing strategy
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, fully in-office environment
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred.
Important Notes
  • This role is fully in-office (no remote or hybrid options)
