Job description

Who We Are
Parenting isn't picture-perfect. It's messy, hilarious, exhausting, and life-changing - sometimes all before noon. That's where we come in.
Founded in 2014 by our CEO Chelsea Hirschhorn, Frida was built to make the raw reality of parenting a little easier to navigate (and a lot less overwhelming). It all started with one legendary snot-sucker - the NoseFrida - and has grown into a 200+ product lineup that supports families through every stage: from fertility and postpartum recovery to baby care and beyond.
We don't shy away from the stuff no one else wants to talk about - nipple pain, diaper blowouts, or the emotional rollercoaster that comes with keeping a tiny human alive. We call it like it is, solve the problems that actually matter, and build products that help parents feel seen, supported, and totally capable.
You can now find Frida products in 50+ countries and thousands of stores across the U.S., from the biggest national retailers to your neighborhood grocery aisle.
Under Hirschhorn's leadership, Frida has become a category leader by challenging taboos, championing honesty, and supporting families at every stage of parenthood and beyond, earning acclaim on TIME's 100 Most Influential Companies, TIME Best Inventions, Fast Company Most Innovative Companies and Fast Company Brands That Matter. But the real win? Knowing we're helping parents everywhere feel a little more human and a little less alone.
How You Will Make an Impact
Frida is seeking a Senior Marketing Execution Manager, Packaging & ISM to join our Sales & Marketing team based in Miami, FL. The ideal candidate is a highly organized operator who thrives at the intersection of creativity and execution, excels at managing complex workflows, and enjoys building scalable processes that support a fast-growing business. The Senior Marketing Execution Manager will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and entrepreneurial environment.
Responsibilities to include:
Packaging & In-Store Merchandising Execution
  • Manage the day-to-day packaging and in-store merchandising pipeline across all categories, including Baby, Mom, Fertility, Kid, and future expansions.
  • Lead the execution of packaging development projects from creative handoff through final artwork approval and production-ready delivery.
  • Oversee execution of in-store merchandising assets, including displays, planograms, modulars, signage, and retailer-specific adaptations.
  • Partner closely with Creative and Brand teams to ensure packaging and merchandising assets align with brand objectives and deliver a best-in-class consumer experience.
  • Collaborate with Sales teams to understand retailer requirements and support successful execution across Walmart, Target, Amazon brick-and-mortar opportunities, and specialty channels.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet retailer specifications, compliance requirements, and production deadlines.

Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Partnership
  • Coordinate across teams responsible for packaging operations, merchandising execution, workflow coordination, and vendor management.
  • Facilitate key cross-functional meetings, including status updates, packaging reviews, milestone checkpoints, and project recaps.
  • Build strong partnerships with Brand, Creative, Product Development, Legal, Sales, Operations, and Project Management teams to maintain alignment and drive project success.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring priorities, timelines, risks, and decisions are communicated clearly.

Operational Excellence & Process Improvement
  • Identify, implement, and continuously improve operational processes and workflows that increase efficiency and scalability.
  • Proactively identify project risks, resource constraints, and workflow bottlenecks and develop solutions before they impact timelines.
  • Partner with Project Management and Creative Operations leadership to implement best practices, optimize resource allocation, and improve executional consistency.
  • Support implementation and adoption of workflow tools, digital asset management systems, and other operational technologies.

Vendor Management & Quality Assurance
  • Manage relationships with packaging vendors, production partners, and external agencies to ensure timely delivery and quality execution.
  • Track project progress and maintain reporting tools that provide visibility into timelines, workload, and project health.
  • Ensure packaging and merchandising assets comply with brand standards, regulatory requirements, and retailer specifications.
  • Maintain rigorous quality control processes that protect brand integrity and minimize executional risk.

What You Will Need
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Design, Packaging Engineering, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • 5-8+ years of experience in packaging development, retail merchandising, creative operations, project management, or related roles within CPG, retail, or consumer brands.
  • 2+ years of people management or team leadership experience.
  • Strong understanding of packaging production processes, artwork management, retailer requirements, and vendor coordination.
  • Proven experience managing complex cross-functional projects from concept through execution.
  • Experience developing and improving operational workflows, systems, and processes.
  • Strong project management, prioritization, and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience working with project management, workflow, or digital asset management platforms.
  • Ability to balance creative objectives with operational excellence and executional rigor.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to proactively identify and mitigate risks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment in which requirements and priorities constantly change.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with high attention to detail.
