Job description

The Marketing Operations Coordinator is the person who helps bring order to the beautiful chaos of agency life. This role is for someone who loves details, deadlines, checklists, timelines and making sure the right people have the right information at the right time. You will help support client projects, internal coordination, production needs and day-to-day marketing operations. This is a great fit for someone who is organized, proactive and energized by helping a team do its best work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend meetings and capture clear notes, action items and next steps.
  • Build and update project trackers, timelines and task lists.
  • Build reports and presentations.
  • Research targets and locations for digital advertising campaigns.
  • Help schedule meetings, follow-ups and internal check-ins.
  • Keep projects moving by tracking deadlines, deliverables and approvals.
  • Collect logos, photos, content, feedback and other assets from clients.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors and internal team members.
  • Organize client files, documents and asset libraries.
  • Assist with formatting documents, presentations, reports and marketing materials.
  • Help upload content to websites, social platforms or other marketing tools.
  • Support quality assurance by reviewing deliverables for accuracy and consistency.
  • Maintain templates, processes and standard operating procedures.
  • Jump in on light production support, such as resizing graphics, organizing files, updating content or preparing materials for review.
  • Help make sure great ideas turn into completed work.
