Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional creative initiatives from planning through execution. This role is ideal for a highly organized, strategic thinker who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at managing multiple priorities, and keeps teams aligned to deliver exceptional work on time.
The ideal candidate brings an agency background, outstanding communication skills, and a proven ability to partner with creative leadership while driving operational excellence across multiple concurrent projects.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project timelines, workstreams, and deliverables across multiple simultaneous creative initiatives.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration between Creative, Production, Strategy, Brand, and other key stakeholders.
  • Facilitate project kickoffs, status meetings, and regular check-ins to ensure alignment on priorities, milestones, and next steps.
  • Build and maintain detailed project plans while proactively identifying dependencies, risks, and potential roadblocks.
  • Partner with senior creative leadership to optimize team operations, workflows, and project execution.
  • Manage project prioritization and resource allocation across fast-moving business needs.
  • Anticipate challenges early and develop practical solutions to keep projects on schedule.
  • Ensure projects are delivered with a high level of quality, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Foster strong relationships across teams while promoting clear communication and a collaborative working environment.

Qualifications
  • 7+ years of project management experience within a creative agency, in-house creative team, or integrated marketing environment.
  • Agency experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple complex projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience managing cross-functional stakeholders at all levels.
