Join our award-winning, client-focused agency as a Brand & Account Coordinator, where you’ll partner with other members of our brand management team to support a diverse portfolio of clients while working alongside a team of talented creatives, strategists, and digital specialists.

What You’ll Do

In this multi-faceted position you will:

  • Provide wide-ranging support to members of the brand management team, including as a second seat on assigned clients.
  • Serve as the main point of contact and trusted partner for assigned smaller clients, from discovery through launch, and beyond.
    - Lead client meetings, assist in developing client strategy to achieve their goals, capture client projects and deliverables, and translate needs into actionable plans for the internal team.
    - Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables across design, content, web, and digital projects.
    - Oversee day-to-day execution of marketing and advertising campaigns (social media, email, digital advertising, websites, blogs and more).
    - Track client initiatives, monitor performance, and provide measurable results.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, English, public relations or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 1-3 years of related marketing, brand, or account management experience.
  • Prior event management experience is a plus!
  • Agency experience is highly preferred, but not required.
  • Strong project management skills; strong organizational skills, comfortable juggling multiple clients and priorities day to day.
  • Exceptional communication and client service skills, able to adapt across diverse industries
  • Working knowledge of both traditional and digital media, including social platforms and email marketing.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Adobe Creative Suite, , and project management software.
